How Do I Place An Order?

To place an order you must click on the item and add it to the cart. You will then have the option to chose how many items you would like to purchase. Afterwards, you can then proceed to the checkout page where you can either check out with PayPal.

 

Payment and Shipping

Once you place an order with us, we will process your order within 5 business days. We will then ship your item through UPS. You will need to sign for it. All items will be shipped through UPS and those over $1,000 will be shipped with insurance. We are entirely responsible for you receiving your item undamaged and on time; this is the reason we only ship through UPS.

 

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns but only within 7 days of purchase for U.S. citizens. Purchases outside of the U.S. must be in the mail for return within 3 days from the date of receiving the item. Before returning an item you must notify us by email. The email must include your order number and name. There will be NO RESTOCKING FEE for returned items. However, we will only refund you the remainder if  the items are in the the same condition as purchased. If there are any signs of tampering or wear and tear, we will deduct damage cost from your return. All items must be returned in the original packaging. If you exceed the 7 days, we will not accept your return. Sorry but it is store policy. Buyer pays return shipping through UPS.
